Sandbox Gaming announced on the 8th of November, KST that they have signed Shin “Coco” Jin-yeong as their new coach.

With the recent departure of Sally, Comet, and Dragon from the coaching staff, the team needed to fill in the empty spots left behind. With Coco having been announced as a coach, there has been no confirmation yet on who will be leading the team as head coach.

Having played competitively as a mid laner, Coco had experience playing in both the LPL and the LCK, famous for his time in CJ Entus back in 2014-2015.

Sandbox Gaming is one of the new generations of teams that have emerged in the LCK, having been promoted to the league at the end of 2018.

Sandbox has finished their Summer Split in 4th place and concluded their season with a loss to DragonX in the Regional Qualifiers, missing their chance to make it to 2019 World Championship.
