Choi “Pirean” Jun-sik will be playing for SK Gaming in the 2019 LEC season.
SK Gaming announced on their official social media, their roster heading into LEC next year. Among them were Pirean, who has played for SK Telecom T1 during 2018 LCK Summer, starting over Faker himself for several series. Pirean has shown impressive potential in his plays allowing him entry into one of Europe’s well-known organization SK Gaming.
Along with Pirean will be Jorge “Werlyb” Casanovas, a long time veteran top lane the Europe’s League scene. In the jungle role, Oskar “Selfmade” Boderek will be playing. SK Gaming’s bot lane will be Juš “Crownshot” Marušič and Han “Dreams” Min-kook as ADC and support respectively.
SK Gaming will be relying upon relatively unknown talents in the eyes of LEC fans. With the emerging of “European super team” such as G2 Esports and Misfits, it is up to SK Gaming to be competitive in the first ever LEC Spring split.
