The loss meant that KT Rolster’s run in LCK Playoffs was over while Afreeca Freecs, including Smeb’s old teammate Kuro - Who styled on a surprise mid-lane Yasuo pick - would advance to face Kingzone DragonX in the finals.
In the stream, Smeb confirmed that KT Rolster as a team went out after the game, and he also independently went out for drinks with a friend afterward. Smeb continued to stream songs and talk to fans about his plans for the next split and League of Legends World Championships, obviously feeling bittersweet between his loss and Kuro advancing to finals.
