On the 12th of October, Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yong, former jungler for Griffin, made a surprise announcement that he will be joining the LPL starting next year.

Hello, this is Tarzan. It feels really awkward to be writing something, as I was always the one receiving letters from my fans. I hope my sincerity travels along with theses words.
During my break, I was able to spend time with not only my family and friends but with my fans through the twitch streams. As you may know, I am not the best at expressing my feelings. Though it may not seem like it, I am very thankful to all the people who have come by and engaged in my streams.
To take on a new challenge and improve myself, I have decided to play in the LPL league from 2021. I don’t know how many times I rewrote this sentence, so I hope my determination and sincerity are well delivered.
I always do my best to show you and the audience great performances. I am able to keep moving forward thanks to you. My fans keep me motivated, and I’d like to take this chance and express my gratitude. I will do my very best in China. Please keep supporting me.
Since I will most likely start focusing on team practices when in China, my twitch streams will, unfortunately, have to be put aside. During the 3 ~ 4 months that I streamed, I have received tremendous amounts of support and love. To express my gratefulness, I have donated all the stream profits with a bit of my personal money on top to the “Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation” of South Korea.
I am able to keep on moving on thanks to my fans. Please look forward to my journey. I wish everyone happiness. Thank you.
