100 Thieves announced on their official social media the departure of Choi “huhi” Jae-hyun from their team.
Today we part ways with @huhi. Through all the challenges this LCS split, Jae’s work ethic, positivity, and professionalism always stood out. He'll be a valuable addition to any team he joins. We wish him the best. pic.twitter.com/Cqalj71osM

With their hyped roster changes during the offseason, such as Bae “Bang” Jun-sik, former SKT’s AD carry and World Champion joining the roster, 100 Thieves headed into the last split with anticipation in the air. However, the team was not able to deliver, with the organization suffering their first ever tenth place finish within the LCS.
First I'd like to thank @100Thieves for the opportunity. The split has not gone the way we thought it would. But I wont stop working hard and with that I'd like to say that now I am Free Agent, open to all opportunities in NA, LCS and Academy as a Mid or Jg/Sup. Dms are open.

Huhi is noted for his achievements with CLG during Season 6 to 8, being an LCS champion and an MSI finalist, the first NALCS mid laner to achieve this. Well known for his mastery over the champion Aurelion Sol, he is well known for his roam heavy playstyle.
