We will be meeting with Clid, who has won his recent match against Phong Vu Buffalo. Congratulations on your second win of Group stage. It was a match where your early game pressure shined. Can you tell us how you are feeling right now?
Clid: Since we still have 1 more game left today, we can’t be too happy yet, and we hope to continue this good performance into our match against Invictus Gaming.
PVB has been showing some aggressive plays this MSI. How were you preparing against them, and was the constant focus on Zeros part of it?
Clid: First of all, looking over at Phong Vu’s data, we saw that Zeros has been playing aggressively along with his jungler, and if the jungler is focused on the bottom lane, Zeros will play safer to match it. Because of this, we thought Zeros had an important role within his team, and we looked to exploit that.
Since this is your first international tournament, how were your first two days?
Clid: I wasn’t particularly nervous, and because we didn’t show good performance against G2 in the first game, we are disappointed about that. Instead of getting nervous, we will try to show good plays in future matches.
Your next match is against iG. There is a lot of attention regarding this matchup, and you have faced iG’s Ning before as a former LPL player. What are your thoughts about this matchup?
Clid: I wasn’t able to defeat iG when I played in LPL, so I see this as a good opportunity to change that. I will prepare hard to show good performance ingame.
