On the 21st of March, Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu made history by landing the 1000th kill of his LCK career.

Deft got his 1000th in the first game against KT Rolster on Ezreal. Deft first debuted for the LCK in 2012 under MVP Blue. From 2015, Deft started to play for the LPL’s Edward Gaming, before making a return to the LCK under KT Rolster in 2017. Deft is now playing for Kingzone DragonX sin 2019, who has already qualified for the 2019 LCK spring split playoffs.
Now in the 7th year in his career and having never taken a major hiatus, Deft remains one of the most decorated AD carries in the world. Deft’s notable career achievements include winning the South Korean 2014 Champions Spring Split, 2015 LPL Spring Split, 2015 Mid-Season Invitational, 2016 LPL Summer Split and 2018 LCK Summer Split.
